Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrive in Cochin or Trivandrum
You are welcomed by our executive at Cochin or Trivandrum or any other airports in Kerala and
transferred to your choice of wellness resort/spa or hospital.
Normal check in at hotels @ 1400Hrs. Early check-in subject to availability. Most flights arrive
either in the evening or early morning. We can book your accommodation from the previous
day to ensure immediate checking in.

Afternoon: consult the doctor in the resort or hospital:
Day 02 To 08 : Wellness package
Wellness package includes yoga & meditation; treatment, medication, and
vegetarian meals.
Day 09 : Wellness centre – Airport Onward destination
Dropped off at airport on time to connect your onward flight to onward destinations.
